The architects faced a challenge when designing a house for an 85-year-old homeowner who sought a peaceful and rural atmosphere. The result is a stunning home located in Quevedo, Los Ríos Province, Ecuador, made of wood and brick to create a serene environment. The house offers ample space for relaxation, making it a unique and interesting design.

Upon entering the house, one will immediately notice a central courtyard. The architects opted for a transparent skylight roof to let in natural light and create a sense of spaciousness. A hammock has been installed in the courtyard for relaxation purposes.
