Rockefeller Partners Architects has skillfully utilized a spacious 10,000 sq. ft. plot to create an exquisite residence. The unique challenge of the irregular shape of the house and the presence of a small grove with eucalyptus and pine trees made perfect utilization impossible. However, the architects ingeniously divided the house into two wings, optimizing the views and minimizing its overall massing. This thoughtful design approach resulted in a stunning residence that harmoniously blends with its surroundings.
It’s a great example of how nature and people can live together peacefully and of how you get to adapt to what nature has to offer. The location of this house was not very friendly when the building first started. There were some difficulties with the irregularities of the ground but it seems like everything was solved in time.
The structure of the house was adapted to the environmental details and so it has two parts or two wings. But this is not a disadvantage, it’s just a detail. It’s a very beautiful mansion, very large and very welcoming. It has all the features necessary and it even has a pool outside.
It’s beautiful and modern. The interior was also nicely decorated, very stylish and elegant but with a modern touch. It seems like the designers were very attentive to details and they have also taken into consideration the functionality of this structure, which seems to be the main priority. But this doesn’t mean that the aesthetic part was left out, on the contrary, the house very beautiful and stylish.
